TRAVIS SNOW - Director
Travis,s career in Commercial property now spans some 23 years. He has worked in all asset classes of the Commercial property sector including, Office, Industrial, and Retail throughout Qld, TAS, NSW and Victoria. Successful roles in National Real Estate Groups, Delaware North, [Southern Cross Station, Retail Development] Woolworths Property, have all been major contributing factors to his well rounded experience in the Commercial Property business.

Since entering into the Property Development business, Travis has established a proven and successful record in a wide range of commercial ventures. This is supported through his strong skills in developing and maintaining relationships with all Retail Groups, Oil companies, Child Care Centres, as well as the Service-Medical sector.

His ability to work with Local Government at all levels, and produce successful planning outcomes, has been a "key" to the outstanding results achieved over the past 5 years.
Collaboratively, Travis,s ability to put together and maintain, a leading team of consultants producing strong results in every development project undertaken to date, is testament to his leadership, trust worthiness, and management skills he has acquired and developed over the past 23 years.



ROBERT SUTHERLAND - Director
Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Degree ( RMIT ) and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing ( Monash University).

In 1994 Robert acquired the Master Franchise rights to the Donut King system in Victoria and over the next ten years grew the business into a network of 51 outlets. In this capacity Robert obtained extensive experience in all facets of franchise management including site selection , Lease negotiation ,store design and construction , Franchisee recruitment and operational disciplines. In April 2003 Robert merged his business with Retail Food Group and over the ensuing years held various senior property management roles with the RFG brands including Brumbys Bakeries, Michels Patisserie and BB's Cafes. In June 2006 , Robert and his business partners floated Retail Food Group Limited on the Australian Stock Exchange. Today the Company has over 2500 outlets and ten brands globally including Gloria Jeans Coffees and Crust Gourmet Pizza.

In 2014 Robert left his executive property role with RFG to start his own business again, looking to apply his extensive property knowledge and management skills to the commercial property market and in particular "greenfield" property developments.
